Returns & Devolutions

-We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since the day you received your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. The return must be postmarked before the 30 day period ends or the return will not be processed.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed or dirty will not be exchanged or refunded.

 

- If the customer receives their order in poor condition or receives a wrong order, they must contact us by email perfectlylovedgiftshop@gmail.com and justify the poor condition of their order or incorrect order. We will proceed to send them a new product as requested. This is 100% free and on us!

Refunds:

​We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at perfectlylovedgiftshop@gmail.com
